When you grow up in an Italian family, the only day that really matters is Sunday. Sundays were when, Chef Anthony, would gather with family as his grandma worked on the “Sunday Gravy” all day. Plates filled with fresh pastas, Chicken Parmesan, Antipasti—all the fixings! Rosie’s Italian is bringing some of that Sunday comfort to Cincinnati’s everyday food scene. Recreating some of his favorite family dishes -Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and working on elevating some of the classics-Strip Steak with Calabrian Chili Butter and Bucantini Carbonara. Rosie’s is the family dinner you’ll be thankful you were invited to!
