The Superintendent office is governed by Princeton City Schools, which operates through student services, administrative services, human resources and business affairs departments. Princeton City Schools also operates through technology, transportation, communications, and safety and risk management departments. It is comprised of a high school, middle school and more than five community-based elementary schools. The district enrolls over 5,000 students. It manages Princeton Ombudsman Academy, which offers alternative educational services for students in grade six. The district s schools support orchestra, band, chorus and music activities. Its schools also organize football, tennis, golf, volleyball and soccer activities. The district s schools provide academic instruction in reading, math, English, science and social studies.
