Hospice is not a place, but a philosophy of care focused on the individuals comfort and wishes. Those who use hospice care are given the opportunity to determine where they will receive services and how much or how little support they need with the help of their specialized hospice team. Holy Family Hospice patients may choose to stay at home, in an extended care facility or in our residential facility for hospice services.
