Montgomery County Juvenile Court Probation Services provides case management services for youthful offenders. It operates several units, including Juvenile Court Work Program (JCWP), Resource Planning Program (RPP), Community Based Services (CBS), Intensive Probation (IPSU) and Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC). The center also maintains traditional and geographical units. The Juvenile Court Work Program serves youths between the ages of 12 and 19. Montgomery County Juvenile Court Probation Services has a transportation unit that delivers summons to youths and families. Its intensive probation program includes supervision and services for youths who exhibit ongoing delinquent and at-risk behavior at school, home and the community. The center is a part of the Montgomery County Juvenile Court, which is operated by the Common Pleas Court. The court is governed by Montgomery County in Ohio.
