Founded in 1930, Maketewah Country Club is a private recreation facility that offers social and athletic services. Its amenities include an 18-hole golf course, putting green, swimming pool, golf shop and locker rooms. The club has meeting facilities for bridal showers, reception parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and business seminars. Maketewah Country Club also organizes picnics, dinner parties, family outings and Christmas luncheons. It has a bowling alley and tennis court and provides a variety of membership plans. In addition, the club sponsors the Evans Scholarship Program, which provides undergraduate scholarships for deserving candidates. Maketewah Country Club is located in Cincinnati.
