Industrial Commission of Ohio provides a forum for fair and impartial claims resolution. Located in Columbus, Ohio, the organization adjudicates claims involving an employer's violation of specific safety requirements. It also conducts hearings on disputed claims at three levels within the commission. The commission serves injured workers and Ohio employers through expeditious and resolution of issues arising from workers' compensation claims and through the establishment of adjudication policy. It also is responsible for determining eligibility for permanent total disability benefits.
