Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled, commonly known as LADD, is a nonprofit organization. It was founded in 1975 and provides educational and residential programs for independent living in Cincinnati. The organization was founded in 1976 and supports adults with developmental disabilities and provides community-based services. Its programs provide individual development, community inclusion, independence and their contribution to the society. It receives funds from a variety of resources and the majority of revenue comes from the Hamilton County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and the Mental Retardation Tax Levy. Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled provides its programs and services through a series of customized educational classes designed for individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance the development and understanding of capabilities and attitudes.
