Continental Valuations was founded in 1988 as a real estate appraisal firm providing valuation services primarily for banks and other lending institutions. Our offices were originally located in Downtown Toledo, and later moved to a Downtown Perrysburg location which once served as the offices of the Perrysburg Police and Fire Departments, Perrysburg city government, and a private law firm. Continental Valuations has evolved into a company which, in addition to real estate appraisal services, focuses on litigation and the appraisal of large projects both for the lending industry and for the specialized use of clients such as developers who are positioning properties for future development or packaging for a bulk sale.
