When you initially join us, we do a fitness and wellness assessment. This allows us to set individualized goals that are attainable. Then every six to eight weeks we do follow-up assessments during one of your appointment-only workouts to make sure you are progressing. We check your weight and take body measurements, as well as track BMI, water weight and muscle mass. From students to seniors, weekend warriors to sports teams and professional athletes—whatever your level of fitness, we give you the tools you need to reach your full potential. To mix things up, we offer small group, boot-camp style, HIIT exercise classes with a maximum of four members going through different rotations of the same workout.
