The FreestoreFoodbank is a registered nonprofit charitable organization that provides holiday meals for more than 35,000 people in the Greater Cincinnati area. The organization also provides food and clothing to unemployed and homeless individuals displaced by natural calamities, as well as evening meals to hungry children through its Kids Caf program. It assists homeless people to find shelter and distributes surplus food to over 450 other nonprofit agencies. Founded in 1971, The Freestore Foodbank serves approximately 150,000 people in the southern Ohio, northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana areas. Such a great charity that does so much for the tristate area. They do an assembly line and you put in the foods your assigned to. Easy peasy and we packed hundreds of boxes in four short hours....
