Founded in 1968 by Eugene and Chris Pace, the East Cleveland Theater prides itself on a legacy of interracial, nontraditional casting in its productions. In 1971, the theater moved from East Baptist Church to the Windermere Presbyterian Church at 14108 Euclid Avenue, where it resides today. The building includes a 200-seat main theater and the 100-seat Gallery Theater, and it produces about six major shows annually.
