Leaving for an important trip. They advertise same day service. Three days later half my small order wasn't done. I took what they had. Didn't offer to rush the rest and charged full price.

I would never, ever use this dry cleaner again. I brought in two pea coats that did have a lot of dog hair on them. I was charged $18.00 for the coats. I paid for the coats and walked out...
