Established in 1995, Cleveland Health Network offers a range of health care and skilled nursing services to the residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania through more than 25 hospitals and over 6,000 physicians. The center provides billing, medical management and discharge planning services. It also offers self-funded health benefit plans. Cleveland Health Network provides care management services through third-party administrators and health insurers. The center offers diagnosis and treatment services for a range of health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, migrant, obesity, hypertension and heart failures. It provides laboratory and radiology services, as well as physical and occupational rehabilitation therapies. Cleveland Health Network s member organizations include the Asthbula County Medical Center, MetroHealth System, Comprehensive Healthcare of Ohio and Valley Health Network.
