Designed for people who don't always need their own vehicle, Citywheels is an alternative to owning a car. Citywheels members who fill out an online application can order or reserve a vehicle that is already parked in their neighborhood. Rates vary from between $8 - $10 per hour to $63-73 per day, and reservations can be made on the phone or online. Cleveland is the 18th United States city to launch the Citywheels program.
