Everything was covered with dirt , dust and grease. This was the vent.

Spider egg sacs were everywhere in closets. This was a dead spider hanging in shower upon move in

Our broken window since we moved in nine months ago. It drains a solid stream of water into our apartment whenever it rains.

And some more dead bugs in the closet on the carpet upon move in
