The Columbus Karma Thegsum Choling (KTC) is a well-established center of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, founded in 1977 by Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche. For over 40 years, they have been dedicated to providing a respectful and open community for the study, practice, and activities of Buddhism, under the guidance of Karma Triyana Dharmachakra and His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa Ugyen Trinley Dorje.
With in-person and online Dharma programs, the Columbus KTC welcomes practitioners of all levels, offering opportunities to connect and learn about meditation and Buddhism. Their mission is to be a beacon of the Buddha's teachings in Central Ohio, fostering an open and harmonious environment for individuals to engage with the Dharma.
