Samuel Bissell Elementary School is a public school in the Twinsburg City School District that houses grades two and three. Bissell Elementary features a Latch Key program for students before and after school and also gives students the chance to participate in Student Council. Bissell also recognizes students' excellence in academics and other accomplishments with a Student of the Month program.
