The North Rockland Soccer Association (NRSA) was established in 1978 by Elvio Nardi and his wife Fran with the mission of providing a place for children in North Rockland to learn and play soccer. Starting with 250 kids, NRSA has grown over the years, expanding to multiple fields and building a soccer field in West Haverstraw as part of a community project.
With a focus on developing players both on and off the field, NRSA instills qualities such as teamwork, dedication, and confidence in its participants. Through community support, volunteer efforts, and fundraising, NRSA has successfully built seven soccer fields on Willow Grove Road, embodying their philosophy of developing, inspiring, and achieving goals.
