History
I began yoga to help relieve chronic back pain and stress before becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). After training I started teaching the Back Care Yoga Class that I had been enjoying as a student. I know from experience how pain and stress can effect the body and mind. My body was literally breaking down from stress, pain and pour nutrition. I began studying about natural ways to heal my body and was able to reverse my chronic conditions. Completed training as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and learned about healing the body naturally.
