Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministries (WARM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to repairing, rebuilding, and making homes accessible for low-income homeowners in Southeastern North Carolina. With a mission to inspire service, generosity, and hope, WARM focuses on serving elderly, disabled, and veteran homeowners, helping them age in place safely and preserving their dignity and independence.
Since its establishment in 1996, WARM has successfully served over 2,000 homeowners across seven counties, including Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, and Pender. By mobilizing volunteers, WARM completes urgent, safety, and health-related home repairs, aiming to ensure that all homeowners are safe in their homes. Through partnerships and community support, WARM also works towards building generational wealth through homeownership, providing critical services to those in need.
