Specialties
At the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb, P.A. our fundamental purpose is representing each of our clients in an individual lawsuit -- not putting them in big class actions with hundreds or thousands of other people. If you have a case involving a serious injury or a death, it should be handled on an individual basis. You are better off to have your own individual lawsuit filed at the courthouse and get your day in court if the case cannot be settled successfully. With our individual approach, each of our clients gets the personal attention he or she deserves from an attorney. We have a national litigation practice based in Wilmington, North Carolina, representing people who have been seriously injured or died as a result of asbestos-containing products, benzene and other toxic chemical cancer cases, and unsafe drugs.
