The Icey Freeze has been Awarded the Honor of being Voted The Best Hamburger & The Best Hot Dog by the people of Caldwell County for several years, since the start of the contest by The News Topic. We are proud of these distinguished titles and do not take them lightly. We still prepare our sandwiches the way my father, Dan Robinson, taught us. AND we still do so with as much love and care with each sandwich...making our Dad proud. Dad always said, make sure that they get a taste of each sandwich topping in every bite & he'd also encourage us to make pretty food. If it looks good enough to eat, it probably is! If our food is not up to standards or there is a problem, please bring it to our attention. We are a small business & our business depends on us getting things right!
