I started The Dumpling Lady when I moved from Sichuan Province to Charlotte to be with my husband in 2015. I began making food for friends and family members simply because I miss my hometown and cooking Sichuan spicy food is the what brings me back to the feeling of home. I started selling my food at local farmers markets where I formed relationships with my local farmers and suppliers who help me use the freshest meats and veggies possible. I started my food truck in July 2016 to share my spicy Sichuan food with not only friends and family, but my local community in Charlotte as well. I look forward to seeing you!
