Southeast High School serves more than 1,350 students in grades 9 through 12. It is a part of Guilford County Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Founded in 1962, Southeast High School offers a variety of advanced placement and honors courses. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, biology, history, statistics, calculus, civics and economics. The school offers career guidance and counseling services to students. In addition, Southeast High School supports a variety of sports activities, such as cross country, golf, soccer, football, volleyball and tennis. It has a parent-teacher-student association that conducts several fundraising events and activities. The school is located in Greensboro, N.C.
