Brannen Edge and Bill Transou represented Flagship Capital Partners while Bucky Tarleton of Colliers-Keenan represented the seller, Hotzfam Trusts. Rob Vaughn of GrandBridge Real Estate Capital helped arrange financing through BB&T Real Estate Funding.
