Our office was built on a downtown Wilmington historic site, the original site of the first black community hospital in the state of North Carolina, established in 1926; next door was the nurse quarters, which still stands. The building itself was built in the early 1800's, while the dental office of Dr. Roger L. Gause was built in 1983. The office was designed and built by Dr. Gause for multiple dental disciplines as well as several dentists. The office setup consists of six dental operatories, two sanitary stations, two dental x-ray stations, three x-ray rooms with digital imaging, and a complete dental laboratory for the fabrication of dental crowns, dentures, removable and fixed prosthesis. The office is handicap accessible.
