I am a culinary graduate from wake tech. Great school people. I was going to open a restaurant until covid ruined everything for awhile, but my wife and partner and I decided a food truck was what we wanted. I grew up raising our own hogs and cattle, slaughtered just enough to eat. Cooked 100s of whole hogs and Texas brisket, we use only fresh NC produce and meats. Everything is homemade, we are a s ranch made kitchen and we hope you come out and try our food.

We have great brisket and whole hog bbq cooked over white oak and hickory. Come try old fashioned N.C bbq and Barbecue Chicken done right. Collards, homemade Mac And cheese, pimento cheese balls, fries, hush puppies
