History
After Dr. Max Todoroff completed his Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT), he wanted to bring the highest quality physical therapy to individuals in the community with one-on-one care and attention to detail as he believes this is the way that physical therapy should be practiced. Due to this vision, he opened up Manual Medicine Physical Therapy to provide individuals in the community with effective, evidence-based, and quality physical therapy.
Specialties
We provide Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) to individuals in Raleigh, NC. OMPT involves a thorough patient history and assessment to allow the physical therapist to identify specific impairments that are causing the neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction and as a result, causing pain. Once the impairments have been identified, passive and active interventions are prescribed using both hands-on treatments and exercise to help reduce them. As the deficits are resolved, pain is reduced and mobility is restored allowing the individual to return to their normal activities.
