All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. The building requires background, credit, and criminal checks for applicants. Applicants must have an income that is 3 times the rent before taxes or a cosigner making 4x the rental rate with a source of income. The income of all adults applying is combined. Approval may be affected by recent incidents, criminal history or credit checks. Good overall credit is required with no high delinquency or open accounts related to utilities, evictions, or arrears. A copy of the liability for renters' insurance is required to be kept on file. Applicants also need to provide the last 4 pay stubs.
