I graduated with my Masters in Social Work and worked for the government for 6 years while moonlighting in private practice. In 2002, I turned my attention to family and continued to develop my practice. I have been full-time, working from my home-based office since 2008. I specialize in Mindfulness training, Financial Social Work and Life Style changes for improved functioning.

My experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy training is seen in my approach, through mindfulness, cognitive behavioral interventions and the importance of relationship.
