History
King's Park Raleigh was inspired by God through residents of Raleigh and members of King's Park International Church whose desire was to come together in the formation of a church to serve and minister to the wonderful community of Raleigh. King's Park International Church traces it's origin to an evangelistic outreach to the college students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981. As a result of students coming to Christ, being discipled, and remaining in the area, the campus ministry grew into a local church with community groups throughout the Triangle region. In subsequent years, outreaches and ministries were formed at N.C. State University in 1983, Duke University in 1989, N.C. Central University in 1991, and Meredith College. Church planting and overseas missions also strategically resulted reaching multiple key cities in the U.S. and nations around the globe.
