JRO's is excellent. Located right next to public parking makes it easy to get in and out. The restaurant's decor is well thought out. There are plenty of tables, and the place is spotless....

Tried their philly bsteak, it was awful! Dry with almost no cheese. and meat tasted funny and old, not fresh.. I only ate half cause I was hungry but the other half is going in the garbage
