Originally based in New Orleans, Gourmand operated as a charcuterie wholesaler, private event company, and exclusive speakeasy, building a strong community of supporters and customers. After a relocation to Asheville, NC, Gourmand is set to bring their love for European products, local produce, and the art of indulgence to the River Arts District.
