My name is James Scott, I'm the proud owner of ECS and I grew up in Clearwater Florida. I went toFlorida State university for college, and got the opportunity to get a job working under a master chimney sweep to pay for my education. During my apprenticeship i Got the opportunity to get certified by the chimney safety Institute of America, and learned more about chimneys at that time, then i did in school, leading me to open ECS Elevation chimney services has been serving Asheville since 2017, We are involved members of the National chimney sweep guild, and we are forever improving our techniques. From starting off as just a 1 man band, to growing a staff of office staff, warehouse, that do anything from chimney sweeps, new installations, to full rebuilds of some of Ashevilles most prestigious historic homes. I,as the owner am truly humble and proud of the staff we have, And when it comes to your chimney, we make sure the only fire allowed in your home stays in the fireplace.
