The owner of Dominic's NY Pizzeria, Marco Zelliche, learned the art of making his delicious recipes while in Naples, Italy, the heart and soul of genuine Italian cuisine. Marco moved to the United States in 1995, and made his home in Brooklyn, New York. There, Marco began working at Casa Calamari.
