Dalmatian Lawn Care and Pressure Washing started as just an Airman wanting to help his community. We are a Veteran Owned and Family Operated Business. Offering Lawn Maintenance and Pressure Washing services started because Rich and his friends were having a really hard time finding a dependable contractor to service their properties. That is when Richard Minnich, Owner of Dalmatian Lawn Care and Pressure Washing, took matters into his own hands and did some research. After researching proper methods and procedures he started by tackling his own projects. He totally revamped his lawn to a nice thick green Bermuda Lawn and installed new landscape beds and concrete pavers patio. It was then time to wash the green off the house siding and unsightly black streaks of the roof shingles. Utilizing the soft washing methods he read so much on he was amazed at the results! Entrepreneur mindset kicked in and this is how it all started! Few short years later we are now voted BEST in the area!
