CrossFit HPC started as a couple of fitness fanatics getting together for some workouts. Wanting to expand our love and knowledge for health and fitness, we slowly developed into an uplifting CrossFit community and welcome all to join us.
Specialties
The CrossFit HPC strength and conditioning program involves constantly varied functional movements designed for universal scalability, meaning anyone can do it! You will squat, run, jump, climb rope, swing kettlebells, flip tires, and much more here at CrossFit HPC. Each class is led by one of our professional coaches where they will take you through a proper warm up, explain and demonstrate the workout of the day (WOD), and finish off with a cool down mobility session. With the help of our uplifting CrossFit community you can get in the best shape of your life, whether you are new to the fitness world or an experienced weekend warrior.
