HistoryIn the early 2000's, Elexsis Sutton began offering classes in the style make famous by the iconic painter Bob Ross at establishments in both North and South Carolina such as the Wilmington YMCA until 2012; Michael's Arts & Crafts in both Wilmington & Myrtle Beach, S.C; AC Moore and more recently Cape Fear Community College. Over the years, the classes have grown to include more traditional painting techniques to include some more contemporary works of art being taught in Elexsis' studio in Wilmington, NC.SpecialtiesWe offer oil painting classes AND and acrylic painting classes designed with YOU in mind on a variety of subjects for Beginners to Advanced painters- that include Flowers, Landscapes, Seascapes, Animals and Portraits. You will leave class with a finished painting that can be framed at the studio if desired. And, best of all, NO experience is necessary ...just a desire to learn during these 2 to 4 hour classes.
