Chapel Hill High School serves students in grades nine through 12, and offers various academic and extracurricular programs. The high school offers a wide variety of academic courses, such as career and technical education, arts, English, mathematics, physical and health education, science, social studies and world languages. It provides a variety of athletic activities, such as cheerleading, cross country, field hockey, football, soccer, tennis, Frisbee, volleyball, basketball, swimming, wrestling, golf and baseball. The high school has a library media center has a collection of more than 25,000 books, magazines, newspapers, videos, encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, almanacs and reference books. It offers a wide variety of services and facilities, including clubs, theater, computer laboratories, bands and orchestra. Located in Chapel Hill, N.C., the high school is operated by Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District.
