BUF Boot Camp has been growing strong since February 2014. It took relocating a few times to find the appropriate location, but we've found it.
Specialties
Body Upgrade Fitness offers exercise in the form of boot camps, providing the consistency, accountability, and motivation you need in a workout plan. No treadmills, elliptical or other machines; just your own body weight, medicine balls, barbells and dumbbells. And, of course, a great atmosphere! Attend up to five sessions a week if you want to increase your strength and burn lots of fat.
