A Pro Edge Home Inspections is owned and operated by Licensed Home Inspector and Licensed General Contractor, Carmine Grillo. He also has two additional certifications in home inspections (Professional Home Inspector and Certified Home Inspector). Carmine has been inspecting homes for over 13 years and has been in the contracting field for over 23 years . This includes: new homes, log homes, historic homes, modular homes and manufactured homes. Additionally, he holds certifications as a Radon Mitigation Specialist and Certified Mold Remediation.
