5stardesign is the brain child of Dave Eveleigh, originally from Maryland, he has been in the industry for over 15 years and has been living and doing business for the last 7 years in Raleigh. David decided to start a business for himself and has just finalized 5stardesign as the official place to get Window Tinting and Graphics in Raleigh.
