Used the one in Cary and they are horrible! The tech gets here and breaks my lock, never told me a price then after breaking my lock, he tells me it's $160 for service. Then negotiates the price...

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. They contract out to private locksmiths (sketchy, sketchy...). Go with another company who has employees that are licensed and insured.
