We are not rewriting the anatomy books or creating some new form of exercise, but simply taking the fundamentals of the body and the way it moves and sharing it with the our patrons. If you can better understand the things you do that cause weakness, lack of flexibility and pain, then ultimately you become a vital part in making the proper changes in your day to day life. Stretch Smart Classes are a sequence of functional movements that increase flexibility and overall muscle balance. Designed as a total body assessment that isolates specific muscles in repetition to gradually gain mobility and awareness. Self Care is the key to better health. Stretch Smart was created to teach people how to stretch properly to improve on their limitations and maintain their strengths. Classes are held at convenient times throughout the week for everyone of all ages, and ability levels. Personal care is a priority. Class size is limited, please call to reserve your spot.
