Zen Life Studios is part of the Shaolin Overseas Headquarters, which is the official subsidiary of the Shaolin Temple at Song Mountain in China. The studio offers training in Chinese martial arts, including Kung Fu, Qi Gong and Tai Chi, and education in other aspects of traditional Chinese culture. There are locations throughout New York as well as Chicago. This location is in the Ultimate Partee Palace on Decatur Street.
