OCO Youth Services provides a variety of supportive services for youths. The division s Assets Coming Together for Youth program is a youth development project that brings people together to increase opportunities for young people. Its Fulton School Mentoring Program engages youths and caring adults in forming supportive relationships. OCO Youth Services provide a community home for youths and offers foster care, counseling, life-skills training, and educational and daily living support. The division also provides counseling in the areas of pregnancy, parenting, birth control, and labor and delivery. In addition, it offers emergency services for at-risk and homeless youths.
