I guide athletes and non athletes in reaching their athletic goals and pushing their limits through a nourishing diet and intensive training. I am really passionate about empowering athletes who are seeking to bring their athletic performance to another level and who take their health seriously. I promise that after working with me you will feel better nourished and fueled with a great energy and spirit. I will guide you through your own learning and discovery that nutrition, appropriate training for athletic performance, yoga, meditation and emotional well being are all intertwined. I personalize my guidance for each client to promote sustainable, optimal nutrition and health to achieve attainable goals and match their lifestyle, to ENDURE. When I train I can be tough on you and push you but at the same time I'm a nice and very supportive person. I'm there with you and we'll reach the goals together. I make the work outs interesting, fun and you will never feel bored. I love to work with people! I love to motivate people to get healthy and fit.
