WIHD Inc is a caring and comprehensive community resource that serves nearly 15,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as 350 vulnerable children. As a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), WIHD addresses the needs of the community through professional education programs, technical assistance, research, and dissemination of information, providing health and human services to children and adults.
