History
I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life, and have been involved in a variety of team sports such as gymnastics , soccer, softball, and tennis. I also enjoy swimming, biking and running, which has led me to compete in triathlons. My background is extensive in personal training, coaching, and fitness. I' ve spent 15 years teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes that have really given me the tools to run a successful Boot Camp here in Westchester. I am a multi-level certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor, and Pilates Instructor, and I' m always taking courses and educating myself to stay on top of the latest fitness trends. Some of my favorite things to do - besides working out of course - are snowboarding, hiking, and skydiving. I also love to travel, especially to warm places. Nothing beats hanging out on the beach with a good book! My true passion is in helping others strive to be their best. I want to make a difference in the lives of the people I meet. I want

Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is a fitness program that aims to help women burn fat and develop muscle. Boot Camp programs incorporate CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, running, TRX, kickboxing, abs and core strengthening and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). To join a class or two for free, be sure to call trainer Carla Braca for more information. From April through October, boot camp takes place in Reis Park (82 Primrose Street in Katonah, NY) and from November through March it takes place at Somers Sports & Fitness Center (245 Route 100 in Somers, NY). Hours: Mon - Fri, 5:30am - 6:30am, 9:15am - 10:15am
