The Water Mill Museum is a museum that showcases the water-powered grist mill, its history and its many purposes. The mill was built in 1644 and is preserved and displayed in the museum. In addition to learning about the grist mill, guests of the museum also learn about the rich history of the hamlet and the surrounding area. Kids, every Monday, at 11:30 a.m., can go to a free hands-on milling session, learning the works behind the gears and guts of the mill, and take home a free grain pouch.
